Job summary

Techsara Solutions seeks an Associate Principal AI Engineer to scale AI platforms, advance Generative and Agentic AI, and enable AI-powered transformation.

Lead end-to-end AI solution design, collaborate with software teams, and deploy production-grade solutions using Python, AWS AgentCore, LangChain, and Strands SDK.

Requires 10+ years in AI, strong Python production skills, AWS AI infra, Kubernetes and Docker; certifications preferred; insurance/regulatory exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in end-to-end AI solution design.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready AI development.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with Strands SDK, LangChain, A2A, and MCP.
• Experience across the full AI/model lifecycle (planning, training, deployment, maintenance).
• Strong knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure and services.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Professional AI and/or cloud technology certifications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute enhancements to AWS Launchpad platform and related services.
• Support onboarding of internal development teams onto the AWS Launchpad platform.
• Develop production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Python and AWS AgentCore.
• Translate complex problems into well-defined project requirements.
• Lead AI development teams under supervision to deliver business transformation initiatives.
• Apply software engineering best practices and follow SDLC.
• Leverage AWS AI services and infrastructure to meet business needs.
• Contribute to AI governance and operational processes.
• Identify and share innovative AI ideas across the organization.
• Support and drive AI adoption throughout the enterprise.
• Champion innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to design and deliver AI solutions.
