Job summary

Techsara Solutions seeks an Associate Principal AI Engineer to scale AI platforms, advance Generative and Agentic AI, and enable AI-powered transformation.

Lead end-to-end AI solution design, collaborate with software teams, and deploy production-grade solutions using Python, AWS AgentCore, LangChain, and Strands SDK.

Requires 10+ years in AI, strong Python production skills, AWS AI infra, Kubernetes and Docker; certifications preferred; insurance/regulatory exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in end-to-end AI solution design.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready AI development.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with Strands SDK, LangChain, A2A, and MCP.
• Experience across the full AI/model lifecycle (planning, training, deployment, maintenance).
• Strong knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure and services.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Professional AI and/or cloud technology certifications.

The team is expanding next-generation Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities and is seeking an experienced Associate Principal AI Engineer to evolve AI platform capabilities, develop and mature AI services, drive AI adoption, and provide AI expertise supporting AI-powered digital transformation.
