Jobgether is seeking an AI/ML Modeling Team Lead in the United States to guide predictive modeling efforts for CBM+ programs with the U.S. Air Force.

You will lead a team transforming maintenance records and sensor data into actionable insights, ensuring scalable, explainable models aligned with mission requirements. Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• At least 6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or ML with leadership.
• Experience using data products to inform operational strategies and outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage technical workflows in Agile environments.
• Ability to explain AI/ML concepts to non-technical leaders.
• Knowledge of data platforms, cloud architectures, and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day modeling team activities, prioritization, sprint planning, and peer reviews.
• Translate mission objectives into clearly defined modeling specs and acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance on modeling methodologies and validation approaches.
• Ensure models are reliable, explainable, and scalable for operational use.
• Review pipelines and governance to ensure data standards and quality.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to productionize models.
• Mentor data scientists and promote engineering best practices and repeatable frameworks.
• Champion version control and thorough documentation across modeling work.
