Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, Math, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software/AI/ML experience.
• Experience designing, developing, deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Transformers, spaCy, Hugging Face, etc.
• Proficient in at least one modern language (Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipelines for AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML portfolio strategy across six Task Orders and align with enterprise objectives.
• Architect, develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions into apps.
• Drive modern engineering practices (MLOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing).
• Oversee legacy modernization and cloud-native transitions for AI-enabled platforms.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; provide status and decision support.
• Mentor teams on AI/ML concepts and best practices across programs.
