Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an AI/ML Modeling Lead to support the USAF CBM+ program and the Advana environment. You will lead a modeling team translating strategic vision into practical data-driven solutions that forecast failures, optimize maintenance, and improve aircraft availability.

You will collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and USAF stakeholders to deploy scalable, explainable models within enterprise platforms, ensuring governance and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning, including leading technical projects or multidisciplinary teams.
• Data strategy and execution demonstrated through data products to drive operational outcomes.
• Agile leadership with experience managing workflows in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Stakeholder communication: ability to explain AI/ML concepts to non-technical leaders.
• Platform and tool familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud architectures, and analytics visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day modeling team delivery, prioritization, sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate mission objectives and stakeholder inputs into modeling requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Provide architectural direction on modeling techniques, feature engineering, data inputs, validation, and performance tradeoffs.
