- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee end-to-end GCP project lifecycles: from big data ingestion and preprocessing using BigQuery, through Vertex AI/ GEAP model training and validation, to production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, SMEs, product managers, and business stakeholders to align AI development with enterprise standards and translate business objectives into scalable GCP technical solutions.
- Design and implement robust MLOps workflows on GCP using Vertex AI/GEAP Pipelines, Vertex Model Registry, and automated CI/CD practices.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, model validation, versioning, and reproducibility.
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
