TD Bank US Compliance is building a new governance structure for AI risk, controls, and governance activities. The manager will lead the development of standards and operating model aligned with regulatory expectations and enterprise policies.

You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and business teams to drive effective AI governance, support Power Platform solutions, and deliver scalable, future-ready processes that enhance risk assessments and reporting.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in a compliance or governance function.
• Experience establishing, implementing AI governance policies and oversight.
• Knowledge of AI risk management and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, document, implement, and maintain the AI Governance Framework for US CM&T.
• Develop governance standards, procedures, inventories, assessments, monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to drive governance and improvements.
• Support the CM&T Canvas App and Power Platform solutions to enhance risk assessments, testing, and reporting.
