Job summary

DTCC seeks an AI Governance Associate Director to lead DTCC.s enterprise AI governance, risk, and audit readiness. You will collaborate with AI Enablement, AI Council, Technology Risk, Compliance, Legal, and product teams to ensure responsible AI use across the organization.

You will drive governance metrics, reporting, and executive communications while enabling responsible innovation at scale in a hybrid environment across US locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, risk management, governance, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance DTCC's AI governance framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Review AI use cases to identify risks and ensure alignment with risk appetite and controls.
• Produce auditable artifacts for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and management assurance.
• Align AI governance with broader risk, control, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor AI-related regulatory developments and assess impact on governance.
• Guide AI use cases through review and governance pathways (AET Review, AI Registry, SDP processes).
• Maintain enterprise AI inventories, registries, and attestations for production solutions.
• Define and refine AI governance metrics, KPIs, and KRIs for governance effectiveness.
• Prepare leadership dashboards, summaries, and regulatory communications.
