Job summary

Degreed is seeking a strategic product leader to own Skills Intelligence and Learning Experiences, shaping the data model for skills and the learning experiences that translate intelligence into capability growth. You will lead a platform mindset, ensuring the end-to-end learner journey centers outcomes and trust in the data.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience (8+ years) with ownership of shipped learning products.
• Ability to ship learning platforms at scale and measure impact.
• Experience designing learning ecosystems and data-driven guidance.

Responsibilities

• Shape learning experiences from self-paced paths to cohort programs.
• Own enterprise certifications, onboarding, and structured learning programs.
• Decide how skill data powers personalized recommendations and insights.
• Direct AI features that identify skill gaps and generate content.
• Design the full learner journey from gap to demonstration of skill.
