Qualifications

• Required: bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience.
• Fluency across web, mobile, and backend stacks (React/TypeScript, Flutter/Dart, Python/Node.js).
• Hands-on AWS Serverless experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and AppSync.
• Proven track record in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and serverless deployments.
• Experience leading small engineering teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and technical design decisions for features and services.
• Decompose epics into technical implementation plans with ownership.
• Review designs, code changes, and pull requests.
• Drive root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Develop and deploy full-stack apps across web, mobile, and backend.
• Build REST and GraphQL APIs on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Ensure production readiness with observability and testing.
• Lead AI-assisted prototyping and rapid experimentation.
