Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale engineering/software programs on time and within budget.
• Experience leading 10+ Agile/Scrum teams and coordinating 30+ engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex AI, software and engineering programs from initiation through delivery.
• Drive execution across a large global engineering organization with 10+ Agile/Scrum teams.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop program plans including timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Coordinate global vendors and external partners to align scope and commitments.
• Provide dashboards and leadership updates on progress, risks, financials and decisions.
• Lead resource and capacity planning, budgeting and forecasting across programs.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate with technical teams and senior leaders.
