Capgemini is seeking a Software Engineer focused on Agentic AI to design, develop, and optimize Python-based services and AI-enabled applications in a hybrid role based in Nashville or Atlanta. You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable solutions on Google Cloud and to extend agent workflows and integrations for client success.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, security, and observable engineering practices, with opportunities to prototype and demonstrate value to delivery

Qualificações

• Strong Python programming skills required.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and system integration.
• Hands-on cloud app development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and Docker workflows.
• Awareness of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and AI agents.
• Basic SQL and data handling skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to upskill on Agentic AI or Google Gemini Enterprise.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and integrate Python-based services, APIs and AI-enabled applications.
• Build agent workflows using prompts, tools, APIs, enterprise data and structured data.
• Deploy and operate applications on Google Cloud with secure, observable processes.
• Configure conversational and customer-experience use cases, including virtual agents and workflow automation.
• Participate in discovery sessions, prototype solutions, translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Test, troubleshoot and optimize agent behavior, latency, reliability and UX.
• Create technical documentation, deployment runbooks and client demonstrations.
• Apply responsible AI, security, access-control and data-handling practices.
