Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Telecom, AI Automation and Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on agentic AI implementation experience.
• Strong customer handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep telecom domain expertise across NOC, OSS/BSS, Service Assurance and Operations.
• Experience delivering AI-driven transformation programs and automation.
• Strong AWS, cloud migration, and modernization experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC/SOC and operations.
• Lead customer workshops to assess current-state operating models and pain points.
• Define AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation and incident management.
• Design integration patterns across alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory and logs.
• Collaborate with AWS and customer teams to design secure, scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and executive presentations on performance and business outcomes.
