Job summary

Our client in financial services technology seeks a Project Manager/Technology - Expert to lead modern software initiatives in Southlake, TX. The role sits in the Technology Transformation Department, guiding large programs from conception through delivery and value realization.

You will partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, drive AI-assisted development practices, and ensure high availability across cloud

Qualifications

Led large software development programs as an Architect or technical leader.
Experience with digital transformation projects, working closely with development teams and stakeholders.
Practical familiarity with AI/ML implementation, especially with Large Language Models like GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, or PaLM.
Extensive background in Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services supporting high-volume, highly available environments.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale software development programs, focusing on system modernization and digital transformation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Drive the integration of AI technologies such as GenAI coding assistants into development workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of complex technical systems supporting high-volume transactions.
Establish best practices for AI-assisted development, including prompt engineering and team-level workflows.
