Job summary

Google in Chicago, IL seeks a Manager of Risk Assessment and Compliance to shift gTech from reactive checks to compliance by design. You will lead a team of compliance, risk assessment and business resilience experts and embed their knowledge into an AI-driven risk solution.

The role focuses on building data-driven risk decision frameworks and calibrated escalations for google’s gTech processes. Responsibilities include guiding policy direction, partnering with engineering to automate evidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Advanced degree preferred in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of risk assessment, compliance and business resilience professionals.
• Develop data-driven risk decision frameworks and calibrated escalations.
• Translate regulatory obligations into operational constraints for business processes.
• Collaborate with Risk Solutions Engineering to automate evidence gathering.
