Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in design and architecture; testing/launching software products.
• Experience with system architecture, data modeling, distributed systems, and leading large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural consolidation of existing compliance systems.
• Develop new AI capabilities and manage AI risk.
• Design multi-agent systems for tasks like document decomposition and metadata extraction.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and SLAs for AI models; capture expert feedback.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and product to translate requirements into roadmaps.
