Job summary

Google is seeking an Intake and Mapping Specialist within the Risk, Compliance and Integrity (RCI) team to transform regulatory operations with AI-enabled processes. You will decompose obligations, map them to actionable requirements, and collaborate on scalable compliance solutions.

You will build and test AI tools, ensure accuracy and risk mitigation, and contribute to HITL workflows in partnership with cross-functional teams across the US, including Chicago, Los Angeles, and Austin.

Qualifications

• 7 years of program or project management in enterprise/cloud/tech environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory/legal text into actionable data and requirements.
• Experience in operational process improvement, workflow design or QA.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality decomposition and mapping to thematic topics as SME.
• Evolve to cover more topics with precision; liaise with compliance teams.
• Test, validate and fine-tune emerging AI models; ensure risk tolerance thresholds.
• Refine HITL workflows and maintain strict quality standards while reducing cycle times.
