Job summary

Google seeks a Risk Assessment and ERM Lead for gTech Risk in Chicago, IL. The role drives risk assessments, controls, and governance, shaping how gTech understands and manages its most impactful risks.

You’ll lead standardization of control artifacts, mapping obligations across processes, and engagement with second-line defense functions to ensure compliance and resilience. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with GRC platforms, and a track record in risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google risk assessment frameworks and establish minimum control standards for all gTech launches.
• Consolidate and migrate risk data into the enterprise platform to create a single source of truth.
• Map complex risk obligations across gTech processes.
• Analyze policies to understand operational risks and identify continuity risks for critical processes.
• Perform systemic control mapping and identify gaps to enable compliant design.
