You will partner with Engineering to build an AI-powered data pipeline and work with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to transition the go-to-market data engine from today to a continuously refreshed, highly targeted lead queue for Relationship Managers and digital channels.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, or Business/Marketing.
• OR a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution for transforming how Capital One acquires, enriches, and acts on business sales lead data.
• Partner with Engineering to build and scale a unified, AI-powered Lead Intelligence data pipeline.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to optimize go-to-market data engine from current state to a refreshed, hyper-targeted lead queue.
