Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Lead Intelligence Product Manager in the BC&P space to transform how sales lead data is acquired, enriched, and acted upon. You will partner with Engineering to build an AI-powered data pipeline and work closely with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to refresh and optimize a hyper-targeted lead queue.

You will drive product strategy, own end-to-end delivery, and lead cross-functional teams to reduce friction and improve go-to-market outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or related area (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS, etc.)
• Or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of a unified AI-powered Lead Intelligence data pipeline.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-intent, verified prospect context to CRM and digital channels
