Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Data Analysis within the People Strategy & Analytics group in McLean, VA. You will lead strategic data projects and build AI-first data solutions to inform talent decisions, development, and workforce programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR partners and senior leaders, data framework governance, and end-to-end delivery of high-impact analytics initiatives to improve the associate experience and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 6+ years of data analytics experience, or Master’s degree plus 4 years with degree expected by start date.
• At least 4 years of professional data analytics experience.
• At least 4 years of programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Refining and evolving people analytics frameworks and data standards to ensure analytics, metrics, and insights are accurate, compliant, and scalable.
• Planning and executing high-priority data projects, managing end-to-end deliverables.
• Researching, identifying, and prototyping AI and automation tools to keep data and analytics infrastructure cutting edge.
• Developing analyses and tools to help Capital One recruit, retain, and develop the best talent.
• Designing new frameworks for evaluating the success of workforce programs.
