Qualifications

:Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 7+ years analytics experience or Master’s degree plus 5+ years.
:Experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
:Experience managing people for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

Refining an enterprise-wide analytical tools validation framework.
Planning and executing validation projects.
Assessing quality and risk of analytical tool methodologies across Capital One.
Understanding technical issues in analytical tools and assessing risks/opportunities.
Researching and prototyping industry best practices for analytical tools.
Communicating results clearly via validation reports and presentations.
Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
