Amazon and its Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) Data ANCHOR organization seek a Software & Systems Development Manager to lead an engineering team focused on AI-powered agent solutions that automate operational workflows. You will own strategy, development, and delivery of agentic AI products across multinational sites and services, turning ideas into scalable production systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of managing system or software development teams experience.
7+ years of hands-on systems engineering and admin work in networking, storage, OS.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
Experience leading development lifecycle processes and deployment automation/monitoring.
Experience with AWS platforms, services, and design patterns.
Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of SDEs, SDEs and Solutions Architects; mentor and manage performance.
Own the technical roadmap for the Agentic AI portfolio and related automation agents.
Drive architecture and design of intelligent agent systems using AWS services and LLMS.
Deliver measurable outcomes by reducing manual work and increasing automation presence.
Partner with Product, Data Science, and Field IT to align capabilities with customer needs.
