Job summary
Amazon's Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) Data ANCHOR organization is seeking a Systems Development Engineer with a software development background and passion for AI/data systems to join our Decision Intelligence team. You will build and ship agentic AI solutions and AI-enabled data infrastructure that integrates with third-party platforms and Amazon internal systems.
You will turn designs and POCs into production-grade agents and data pipelines, owning Data MCPs and Analytical MCPs that power
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-paced DevOps environment.
- Experience designing and building applications using AWS services such as Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
- Experience with data management — streaming architectures, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, or API-based data integration.
Responsibilities
- Agent Development & Data-Driven AI Solutions.
- Build AI agents and API integrations with ServiceNow and internal systems.
- Develop Data MCPs and Analytical MCPs for self-service data access.
