Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in full‑stack software and systems engineering.
• Lead/Staff/Principal experience on SaaS or enterprise projects.
• Translate requirements into architectural roadmaps and epics.
• Mastery of Python and Java with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Spring Boot.
• Strong React/Vue/Angular experience and scalable UI libraries.
• Relational, NoSQL, and graph DBs; Docker, Kubernetes; cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2 controls.
• Experience with policy-as-code (OPA) and AI-first engineering.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, Copilot) and structured prompts.
• Related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex, multi‑system initiatives and steer architecture decisions.
• Build resilient microservices with low latency risk evaluation engines.
• Collaborate with product/security leaders to map business rules to roadmaps.
• Set CI/CD and testing benchmarks; enforce secure coding practices.
• Design Policy as Code and Compliance as Code engines using OPA or equivalents.
• Lead automated evidence collection across multi‑clouds and enterprise tools.
• Develop AI‑driven workflows, AI agent integration, and scalable systems.
• Mentor engineers across time zones and foster technical excellence.
• Drive asynchronous cross‑functional alignment and technical discussions.
