Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a lead full stack engineer to own the architecture, technical roadmap, and delivery of the platform's core GRC engines, including policy as code, compliance as code, evidence collection, telemetry, and risk evaluation.

You will guide distributed feature teams, shape how AI coding assistants are used across the organization to raise speed and code quality, and mentor engineers across time zones.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SaaS platforms from architecture to production.
• Expertise in Python and Java with modern frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native microservices and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with policy-engine like OPA and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical roadmap for core GRC engines.
• Design cloud-native microservices for large-scale telemetry and risk eval.
• Collaborate with product and security leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Establish engineering standards, review code, enforce secure coding.
• Lead AI tooling adoption across the engineering lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers across time zones and promote technical excellence.
