Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a lead full stack engineer to own the architecture, technical roadmap, and delivery of a next-generation Security Assurance GRC platform.

You will guide distributed teams, drive policy as code and automated evidence collection, and steer the use of AI coding assistants to raise speed and quality. You will design cloud-native microservices, align with regulatory standards such as NIST/SOC 2, and partner with product and security leaders.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in full stack software and systems engineering.
• Lead, staff, or principal level experience guiding teams.
• Proven SaaS/enterprise platform delivery from architecture to production.
• Expertise in Python/Java and modern JS frameworks; cloud-native design.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, roadmap, and delivery of core engines for a GRC platform.
• Architect resilient microservices with low-latency risk evaluation engines.
• Translate regulatory strategies into detailed technical roadmaps and backlogs.
• Lead CI/CD, secure coding, and engineering standards across teams.
• Design Policy as Code engines and integrate AI tooling into workflows.
• Mentor engineers across time zones and promote technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product, security, and GRC leaders on cross-functional initiatives.
