Job summary

Target’s Advanced AI team builds end-to-end AI/ML systems that power business workflows. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design and implement frontend and backend components, APIs, and data-driven features that integrate with AI capabilities.

You will work with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable applications in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building full-stack applications with frontend, backend, APIs, integrations.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend and backend development; Python preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven workflows.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade full-stack applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product partners.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance, and observability of apps.
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
