Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional software development with backend and frontend focus.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java for backend; modern JS frameworks (React, TypeScript).
• Experience with data modeling, SQL, and database design.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and Agile delivery.
• Ability to use Generative AI tools to accelerate SDLC and ADRs.
• Strong communication to present designs to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend microservices (Python) and frontend interfaces (React/Vue).
• Lead system design discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness with security, RBAC/ABAC, and scalable architectures.
• Lead AI orchestration and RAG workflows, including embeddings and retrieval.
• Develop data pipelines for ingesting structured and unstructured content using SQL and Python.
• Integrate AI components with semantic layers and knowledge graphs.
• Design middleware and content tagging for seamless search experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business users to translate needs.
