Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior software architect to drive end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale products, leveraging distributed systems and cloud-native techniques across AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud.

You will translate business challenges into strategic technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and contribute to hands-on AI integration while maintaining strong Agile practices and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years (20+ preferred) hands-on software development experience.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering large, enterprise-grade systems.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, backend technologies and cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
• Experience presenting strategic technical reports to executives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end architecture for mission-critical products and services.
• Define architectural principles, frameworks, and standards for scalability and reliability.
• Translate complex challenges into technical roadmaps and long-range strategy.
• Lead AI integration and perform hands-on development and POCs.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
