Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Lead, Technical Compliance to drive AI-powered automation across the Compliance and AML/BSA/Sanctions programs. You will design and deploy scalable AI workflows, assess data ingestion and monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and regulatory alignment.

You will lead development of risk scoring and reporting solutions, maintain sanctions screening, and translate business needs into technical requirements while operating in a hybrid

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or international equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with compliance technology and data analysis in financial services or related spaces.
• Advanced skills with Python and SQL are a must.
• Experience designing, developing, or implementing AI-enabled automation or agentic AI workflows.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical designs and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled automation and agentic AI workflows across the Compliance Program.
• Develop and tune transaction monitoring scenarios and customer risk scoring models.
• Enhance sanctions controls and keep screening tools up-to-date with regulatory changes.
• Build real-time data and reporting solutions using Python or SQL.
• Partner with engineering, product, data, legal, and information security teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
