Job summary

OLX is seeking a product leader to drive the evolution of its ad-tech platform from core infrastructure to AI-powered revenue surfaces. You will own the ad-core stack, optimize serving and auctions, and push monetization initiatives that balance revenue with a strong user experience.

You will lead efforts to expand revenue beyond listings through self-serve tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats, while integrating ads into AI-native experiences like AutoIQ and agentic search.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in digital advertising or monetization at scale.
• Proven track record scaling advertising products from early-stage to meaningful revenue.
• Experience balancing monetization yield with user experience using evidence-based trade-offs.
