Qualifications

• PhD with 5+ years of AI/ML experience or MS with 5-8+ years in production ML systems.
• 2+ years building AI/ML models in ads, relevance, ranking, or search.
• 3+ years building low-latency, high-throughput ML services.
• 3+ years deploying ML pipelines including feature engineering and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle management of AI/ML projects from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement MLOps practices including data collection, training pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and QA.
• Contribute to model architecture using state-of-the-art ML, DL, and RL techniques.
• Develop feature pipelines and ML services optimized for low latency and high throughput.
• Establish robust A/B testing and experimentation to improve model performance.
• Translate research papers into production-ready code.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior staff.
