Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Decision Intelligence Engineer to own the application of decision intelligence and agentic AI across the NBA platform.

You will translate stakeholder objectives into structured decision models and guide a small team of engineers in delivering production-grade capabilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
6+ years of software engineering, ML engineering, AI engineering, or decision intelligence experience including 1–2 years in technical leadership.
Strong Python engineering experience building and operating production AI systems.
Hands-on experience building agentic applications using orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Experience integrating Azure OpenAI and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Analyze and formally model business decision processes and objectives.
Design and build production-grade decision intelligence capabilities.
Lead and mentor AI engineers and establish engineering standards.
