Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise data engineering/advanced analytics experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to think on his/her feet and engage with both business and analytical communities.
• Willingness to work with a geographically distributed team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in named CPG accounts and own client relationships, sales and margins targets.
• Position Fractal solutions to meet client requirements and become a trusted advisor for services.
• Use knowledge of CPG industry and consultative sales skills to educate clients on value of our solutions.
• Build in-depth knowledge of clients' priorities and translate into opportunities.
• Proactively drive business development and pre-sales initiatives across industry and tech.
• Lead pursuits and partner with external partners for joint GTM.
