Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking an AI-enabled product operations engineer to build agentic workflows and scalable AI-powered solutions across GTM and Product Experience teams. This hybrid role can be based in San Francisco, New York, or Chicago, with a mix of home and office days dependent on team needs.

You will architect end-to-end AI systems, write production-grade Python and SQL, mentor colleagues, and partner with R&D to leverage internal platforms while driving measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building tools, workflows, or products for GTM functions.
• SQL experience with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Presto, Trino, Spark SQL).
• 1+ years of experience with GenAI technologies, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).
• 1+ years of architecting, building, and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, or automated solutions in production environments.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Lead the hands-on design, development, and deployment of agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and AI-powered applications that automate complex GTM processes and Product Experience processes.
• Technical Strategy: Define the agentic AI roadmap and architecture for the Technology & Product Operations org, including key decisions on frameworks, tooling, AI evaluation, and best practices.
• End-to-End Delivery: Write high-quality, production-ready Python and SQL to build and maintain agentic workflows and automated pipelines.
• GTM Stack Orchestration: Develop deep integrations between AI agents and our core GTM toolkit to operate as a unified system.
• Applied AI Integration: Apply modern AI, LLMs, and agentic patterns to GTM problems in partnership with Operations, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor operations and analytics colleagues on AI tooling and applications.
• Performance, Cost, and Governance: Establish KPIs and guardrails for responsible AI.
• Executive Storytelling: Translate complex technical concepts for senior GTM and Operations leadership.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to scale from prototype to production.
