Job summary

Motive is hiring a GTM AI Engineer to lead internal AI tool development on the AI Operations team. You will own end-to-end prototyping, build agents using Glean and N8N, and scale solutions with Cursor and Google Cloud for Motive's 2500+ GTM users.

You will manage cost envelopes, evaluate LLMs, document launched solutions, and train end-users while staying ahead of the latest agentic orchestration trends.

Qualifications

• Experience building agents and full stack applications for internal tools.
• Strong fundamentals in AI, prompts, and models; familiarity with LLM tooling.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; API integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack development cycle from prototyping to production for internal AI tools.
• Build complex agents using Glean and N8N and develop supporting dashboards/apps with Cursor/Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with product and enterprise teams to integrate data sources securely.
• Manage cost envelopes for production use cases and optimize token costs.
• Create and maintain documentation; train end-users on launched tools.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in LLMs and agentic orchestration.
