Job summary

Pfizer seeks an experienced Build Engineer to own hands-on software delivery for the Medical Affairs AI Acceleration portfolio. You will transform architecture and product requirements into production-grade AI systems, writing full-stack code and verifying AI-generated output with strong quality gates.

You will collaborate across Solution Architecture, Data Integration, Product Management, and UX to deploy MVPs and production-grade platforms, driving reliability and velocity in AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Breadth of leadership experiences including influencing peers and coaching others.
• Experience building and shipping production software across full stack in multiple languages.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM-based capabilities into production systems.
• Experience taking prototypes/MVPs through to production-grade, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and ship production-grade software across the stack.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into Medical Affairs products.
• Take prototypes through production with quality gates and standards.
• Write and maintain code meeting engineering standards and document decisions clearly.
