Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Technology - Senior Information Architect to lead end-to-end AI and automation solution architectures for HR Technology. You will design scalable, secure cloud-native architectures, align with enterprise standards, and mentor engineers across domains.

The role partners with domain and enterprise architects, driving architectural governance and measurable business value while embedding Disney’s collaborative, innovative approach within HR technology modernization.

Qualifications

• Must have deep expertise in AI design including generative AI, LLM integration and responsible AI governance.
• Strong background in intelligent process automation, RPA, event-driven architectures, and hyperautomation.
• Proficiency in cloud-native architecture, microservices, API-first design, and security-by-design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and architecture of AI and automation solutions for HR Technology.
• Create architecture specifications, ADRs, and design documents defining patterns and integration approaches.
• Provide governance through solution design reviews and architecture forums (ARB/GIS).
• Collaborate with Domain Architect to align patterns, standards, and roadmaps for scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Mentor engineers on AI, automation, and architecture best practices.
