Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- 5+ years in software engineering or automation/enterprise systems integration.
- 2+ years building AI/ML or agentic automation solutions.
- Experience bringing automation from concept to production and operations.
- Technical leadership in design reviews, mentoring, and complex initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and hands-on development of AI-enabled automations and agentic workflows.
- Build reusable automation frameworks, services, and connectors.
- Integrate AI automation with data governance platforms and enterprise data capabilities.
- Establish evaluation, testing, monitoring, and quality controls for AI automations.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical direction while delivering with hands-on effort.
