Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering or automation engineering experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML or generative AI development experience.
- Proven track record taking automation/AI solutions to production.
- Experience leading solution design and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and hands-on development of AI-enabled automations and workflows.
- Build frameworks, services, and patterns for reuse across governance workflows.
- Integrate AI automation with metadata management, data quality, and data platforms.
- Develop APIs/services for safe context retrieval and action execution.
- Define evaluation, testing, monitoring, and governance controls for AI solutions.
