Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent authentication, observability, telemetry and authorization logging for scalable, secure agentic systems.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams while guiding post-training and tuning environments and developing universal control harnesses.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post training and tuning environments for agent models.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against agent/human evals.
• Lead a team of experts to build universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development activities and IP filings.
