Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures, data fabrics, and multi-agent systems for enterprise use. You will lead a team of AI Architects and drive architecture choices across replication, context, and search capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI-native software development tools/code assist (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine-tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with modern software IDE, CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration (Github/Gitlab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designed systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evaluations.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Evaluate emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
• Lead a team building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
