Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will lead-scale multiagent systems, including authentication, telemetry, and orchestration, with a focus on scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software engineering and AI, strong cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with AI-native tooling and major cloud AI stacks.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools and code assist.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Architect agent identity and authentication in large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evaluations.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Lead AI native design processes and drive agent design requirements.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team building universal agentic control harnesses.
