Qualifications

• 7+ years building highly scalable, full‑stack web apps serving millions of users.
• Experience with agentic analytics solutions in production (LLMs or agent‑driven insights).
• Strong React/TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js across UI and back‑end services.
• Experience defining API specs with service teams and backend.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive cross‑team consensus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver agentic analytics experiences with natural language and AI‑assisted dashboards.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture decisions across projects.
• Build the full stack: React frontend, Node.js/Python/Java backend, and data integration layer.
• Improve performance, caching, data fetching, and scalability for dashboards.
• Mentor engineers and advance team practices and standards.
