Job summary

Disney Experiences is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive AI-assisted engineering practices across frontend and full-stack. You will own the technology strategy for the Adobe Experience Manager platform and guest-facing UI, mentor teams, and push for AI-enabled automation throughout the SDLC.

You will combine hands-on coding with leadership, guiding React/Angular implementations, ensuring performance, accessibility, and scalable design across high-traffic experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical decision-making across teams.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled automation across SDLC with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and Angular in large apps.
• Strong front-end architecture, performance, and accessibility focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and roadmap for the front-end ecosystem and AEM platform.
• Architect front-end solutions, ensure consistency across products and strong data/state patterns.
• Drive platform upgrades, security, performance, reliability, and CI/CD adoption.
• Mentor engineers and guide platform strategy across onshore/offshore teams.
• Advance AI-assisted development practices with governance and quality controls.
