Job summary

Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with senior IC responsibilities.
- Experience designing, building, and operating platform/infrastructure services at large scale.
- Proven ability to communicate architecture and platform strategy to senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own the technical architecture and core software components for Disney’s platform services layer, including API gateway, edge services, authentication, and authorization.
- Define and maintain golden paths, ADRs, and platform RFCs to guide delivery teams.
- Lead platform strategy, integration, and delivery with quarterly roadmaps and cross‑org coordination.
- Lead deep technical investigations into production issues and improve platform reliability and performance.
- Ensure AI-ready infrastructure and support for AI/ML workloads on the platform.
