Job summary

WEX is building an enterprise Agentic AI Platform to empower teams to create, deploy, govern, and scale AI agents across the company. As Senior AI Product Manager - Agent Platform, you will own capabilities, builder experience, and go-to-market motions to drive adoption and trust across teams.

You will lead the end-to-end builder journey, from discovery through deployment, ensuring documentation and self-service onboarding reduce friction and accelerate value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Senior experience in Product Management, including ownership of a platform or shared services used by other teams.
• Strong understanding of applied generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, retrieval and grounding.
• Builder empathy and proven platform adoption with developer/documentation experience.
• Governance and security knowledge including authentication, least-privilege, audit logging and risk tiering.
• Hands-on ability to configure systems, call APIs, use AI-assisted tools and read logs/traces (Markdown/JSON/YAML).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across security, technical and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the adoption lifecycle and go-to-market strategy for the agent platform.
• Drive the builder journey from discovery to deployment with self-service onboarding.
• Manage platform demand and maintain a transparent, user-facing capability roadmap.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Risk, and Compliance to embed governance.
• Own alpha, beta, and GA lifecycle for platform components and releases.
• Define and track success metrics like production use cases, time-to-value and recurring usage.
