Job summary

Accion Labs is seeking an experienced engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Azure AI tools. You will craft agentic workflows, enable tool calling, and orchestrate multiple agents across enterprise APIs and data sources.

The role emphasizes building secure authentication, guardrails, and scalable solutions in Python and/or C#, with hands-on experience in Foundry and related frameworks. Join a team delivering enterprise-grade AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry and relevant agent-development frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Experience with MCP, function calling, tool integration, and API orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with vector search, and Azure AI Search or equivalent.
• Knowledge of identity management, access controls, secrets management, and AI security.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Azure technologies.
• Build agentic workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, tools, and data sources.
• Implement secure authentication, access controls, and guardrails.
