Qwalton Services Limited is seeking a Lead AI Agent Developer with Azure AI Certifications to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents in the USA. The role focuses on building agentic workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration within secure, scalable systems.

Candidates should hold Azure AI Engineer Associate and related certifications, have 8+ years in software or cloud engineering, and at least 3 years in AI/Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud development, or enterprise integration.
• 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI preferred.
• Proven delivery of AI agents from concept to production.
• Ability to lead technical implementation and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Azure, Foundry, and OpenAI.
• Build agentic workflows, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Develop MCP clients and servers to integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs and data sources.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, REST APIs, and business apps.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, data protection, and guardrails.
• Develop scalable, reliable, maintainable Python/C# solutions.
• Establish reusable AI components and engineering standards.
